Whatever your current fitness level is, is perfect. You don’t need to be any further ahead than where you are right now. Seriously! We are world-class at providing personalized levels within a group environment.
Take our Hive X classes for instance. They are customizable in three ways: Start time, exercise difficulty/intensity and duration. How?
Difficulty/intensity: We teach a minimum of 3 levels per exercise (and easily more if you need them) and you can choose how long you perform each station/exercise for.
Duration: Even the total class duration is up to you! If you’re just starting back into fitness, you could start with 15 minutes. Eventually build your way up to 45 minutes when you’re ready!

Additionally, in all our other classes, including reformer and yoga, our instructors will always give 3 levels to exercises given. Additionally if the movement needs to be modified for pre to post natal mums the instructor will inform you of how to perform those exercises safely for these stages of pregnancy.
