Step One. Purchase your First Time Taster

Buy it directly from our website here and start when you’re ready.

(FYI- A casual class is $40 and memberships range from $35- $85 p/wk so a first time taster is INSANE value!)

The 7 days begins from your first class.

Step Two. Register & Book your Classes

Bookings are essential for all classes.

When you buy your First Time Taster, you will be prompted to create a client profile within momence (our booking and member platform).

You can book and manage your schedule via our website timetable page or log into momence (on the web), or head to the app store and download the Mum Hive App.

STEP Three. Come into the Studio & Enjoy your Session

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your first class so you can familiarise yourself with the space, visit the bathrooms and feel ready to start on time.

Make sure you bring a towel and water bottle to all sessions and wear comfortable supportive clothes you can move in.

For Reformer classes a towel is compulsory as is the wearing of socks. For Hive X sessions we recommend good athletic footwear and a supportive bra.

For all classes always let your trainer know if you have any health or mobility issues that will affect your workout, including but not limited to your pre/post natal status and stage.

All equipment (including mats) that are required for classes are included in membership, however should you wish to bring your own mat for yoga you of course are welcome to.

Every class caters for level 1 to advanced and is an opportunity to interact with your body in new and exciting ways. Level one is safe & appropriate for pregnancy & newly postpartum mums.

In the 7 days we strongly encourage you to expand and explore your edges: try new things! Change comes from doing “different” things. Ask us questions and tell us your goals, we can help guide you to new experiences (& results!).
